  2. hmmm 2015 and 2012... most popular years to join I wonder why  I was a 2014 player myself!
  3. I don't know why 2012 was so popular (which was also the year I joined), but I remember a ton of players joining in 2014 and 2015. There were so many welcome messages. :D

  6. I joined on March 23, 2013!

I searched through servers a many, far and wide hoping to find this place, until one day I came rolling in.
I've still got a ways to go, before I'm counting myself out. :D

  10. Yeah, 30%, that's kind of crazy! I thought they were much less. Maybe people from 2012 are more likely to click this thread, to flaunt their age. :p
  11. Hmm, what year did I join EMC?

Well, it was a young lad, full of life and energy, truly a prodigy at so many things, most especially with all technical issues, hand to eye coordination & speed, who began playing a new game he was introduced to called Minecraft. Joining all kinds of servers since they first became available, he became an expert almost immediately at the various games that were created, easily beating all parkour courses that were encountered, slaughtering all the masses who came at them in PvP; survival was nothing near a challenge until the dragon was defeated with nothing but a shovel and boots of iron.

Eventually tiring of the meagre challenge provided by Sky block after a short while, and maintaining the top scores on a popular faction server for a few months, it finally became apparent that his genius was most enjoyably employed at building. Within a few weeks of looking he had the good fortune to come across a fantastic survival server, which allowed him to build both in a peaceful town environment, or constructs of massive size and design out in the expanse of the wilds here on EMC, mastering all forms of building styles and redstone with ease, and sharing his beautiful and intricate designs with the wonderful community encountered here.

It was within a few years of that that I also joined EMC.
  12. Laughed at this theory! Although, that might be the case! :D
