to contignue... I am by myselve quite good I think, those 5 vegetebles/fruits a day? easy 2 hours of fisical activity? easy. no sugered drinks? easy. Only those screen hours... I think that one is inpossible with the current "digiboards" (what is that in Englisch?) I mean, I'm about 6 hours a day on school where of about 5 hours of having class, I think that about 4 hours of that is looking at a screen named "digiboard" not that I would look less than those 2 hours without it, but that's the life of someone who plays minecraft too much...
5 fruits/vegetables? Nah, usually not. At least 2, though. 2 hours or less of recreational screem time? Still laughing about that, lol. But no, I definitely spend more than two hours a day on that. (unless I'm on holidays with my aunt, then it's under one hour) 1 hour of physical activity... I cycle for about 35-40 minutes every day, but it's quite intensive cycling... And does walking from one class to another count? Sometimes it's as far as 200 meter 0 sugary drinks... Hmm... nah. I drink (0.5L) lemonade every day, but for the rest, no sugar in anything (well perhaps like 0.01 grams in "bubbly water", but that's not that bad, I assume ) According to that list I suck at things! Yay! At least I can still (usually...) count with pictures...
