  After what feels like a billion restarts. I finally got our bungee updated with ViaVersion. So people can connect with the newest client. We are still running 1.20.1.

  Had to drop 1.20.2 ViaVersion support. There are some issues with the proxy that will need time to fix. See this to downgrade to 1.20.1 - https://update.emc.gs/

  I sent out viaversion support for 1.20.2 - we are still on 1.20.1. For now anyway. Have some other projects to get done before doing that minor update.

    Note. I am aware that there are issues switching servers.
    We will have to connect directly till I either revert the ViaVersion login support - or someone finds a fix to this issue. Either way, it is going to be Early Saturday when I get a chance to do this.

  Special Independence day stuff is not quite ready. Need to grab a few Z's. Will get it sent out by midday ideally :) 1.20 is in progress... Some issues are just real slow to get resolved. Close though...

  Well, Empires update isn't quite ready yet. But I have gone all in on finishing it. That update will come before 1.20 update to EMC. Working on an announcement post which fully explains every new feature added with this upcoming update.

  Indeed we pushed out 1.19.4 protocol support. We are still on 1.19.3. Working on the 1.19.4 update, probably roll it out next week - nothing major with that. Still planning on trying to get Empires releasable by end of month. Have got a ton done the first half of my week.

  For transparency. I have removed a couple of recent statuses due to being toxic and causing public drama. I and the staff are trying to make productive changes for our community and toxic comments which discourage current EMC players is unwelcome.

    Furthermore as a teacher, next week I have my Spring Break and I have a large list of projects I intend to work on for EMC. I want to keep this community growing and feel as though we have made significant progress recently. The possibility of compensation does not motivate me, but instead the potential to create a warm and inviting community that people can enjoy Minecraft for years to come.

    Those that would be toxic to others here, are frankly unwelcome. I will freely admit the staff presence is lacking and the tutorial is unfriendly to new players. That is why we are working on things. Negativity without providing solutions is just toxic.
