I attended a concert staging of Wagner's Die Walküre with five people from my student's association, at a 78% discount because we're young. It was very impressive! I was quite confused that the text was only provided in Dutch and English. :/ But we looked it up online! Apr 27, 2024 at 4:20 AM

      Today I took a walk through the forest, and there were caterpillars 'floating' everywhere... I don't think I've seen that before! Will they be butterflies? :D (excluding the ones that got caught on my clothes and thrown off when I exited the forest...)

        If that's what they are, you won't miss them the tree will look like spiders infested it. I think they are called Eastern tent caterpillars. Here in Alabama we call them Silkworms. People often paint the base of the tree white or wrap tin foil around it to prevent them from infesting there trees. They are harmless to us not trees.

      I bought a coursebook that's normally at least €80 for €30 off eBay, but I now realise that I bought the Eastern Economy Edition... I feel a bit guilty for participating in probably illegal activity. :$

      I found a kind of big spider in my room and got a sheet of paper to let it walk onto, and threw it out of the window :D (the spider, I kept hold of the sheet of paper!) I'm quite proud of that. :P

      I celebrated my birthday on Saturday, and went to service on Sunday, as my sister's best friend was baptised. :) Very tired now, though. :P But my birthday celebration was quite good!

      I'm almost free from uni for a couple of weeks! I'm finishing my last assignment, making a pursuit-evasion model. My hunters are called 'mice' and the target 'cheese' internally. ;) (the hunters evolve, the target stays the same)

      Thanks to your last status I finally remembered to look into getting another Mario Kart DS (6) copy, so me and my sister could properly play together in the summer holidays, so I did, and now I have it. :D Thanks! :D

        I really like it. :D To be fair, it's the only Mario Kart I've ever played - and I don't have anything else I could play a different version on - but I still really like it. :)
        The "6" was to show that it was the 6th version, but I just realised when googling for it, that it was actually the 5th version... no clue how I came up with the 6 then. :P

        Mario Kart 64 is the only one I haven't ever played. I'm hoping to play it in the future, but I won't ever get it myself, as it's way expensive and I don't think I'll like it too much! (I could buy it on Wii Virtual Console if the store hadn't closed down...)

      Today I went to a video game fair/market with Haiko, a friend whom I hadn't seen for 8 years, and a friend of his. It was quite fun! :D I also got some nice games, like Bob the Builder and Barbie Ocean Discovery. ... I also got some áctually good games, don't worry. xD

        That depends on what forum games are currently active. Not counting forum games, I post 7 posts a day on average. When Counting with Pictures and the Association Thread are active at the same time and I'm also hosting a round of Guess the Word it gets up to 20. It's been a while since that was the case, though, forum games aren't as popular now as they were in 2018.
