Lizard Squad have done some hacking to the Malaysian Air Website, to Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. I think they may have also hacked social networking sites before but it is worth looking up if you'd like. Lots of interesting and weird information about it, I think some of the people who are in it have been arrested but the whole thing has died down in the news so yeah. Anyhow, I'll stop talking about hacking groups in funny picture threads now
All they did was close down online services for about a day, just meant that people couldn't play online. Nothing major. (The people who did it got into serious trouble though, I think fines and maybe even prison time)
