The mod is not a requirement. It just helps, a LOT. I can't tell you how many times before AutoSwitch I would accidentally not use Fortune or Silk on diamonds, and having to switch to shovels for dirt or gravel is a pain. Plus, if mobs come it's literally a life-saver. I don't know your issue with Forge? I know in the past it was a pain to install, but lately the installer is really simple.
Have raised rates on diamonds and obsidian, the two biggest profit opportunities in mining. Obsidian in particular is an easy way to make over 10k/hour for the time you are mining it. Still looking to expand the team and hire a couple more miners!

I just wanted to report that miners have so far earned over 200k and mined 26.5km! I will be on a fair bit more once Christmas is done and over with so if anyone wants to join the team now is an ideal time.
I need both. Obviously if you're just doing cobble you probably wouldn't have any point in using the mine. But why would you just mine cobble when in that same period in time you could also get all the ores too? The mining rate doesn't slow down by mining the ores. At least, not by much. And the ores would pay you a lot more. Especially diamonds and obsidian. They make up the bulk of what you earn. Anyways, if you have cobble I can buy that too, but it wouldn't have much to do with this offer.

Time to expand the team again! Updates: New Features: - Water sources, anvils, and beds at most stations! Easily refill your water bucket (if you happen to lose the water), repair or combine enchantments as you get XP from mining, or reset your spawn point in case you die. - Live mine map updates! Players show up on the live map, so you can find other miners and mine together. (If you have /map show set.) Also, all stations show up in a mix of red/green based on resource levels. - Mining level system. With each report, there is a random chance of upgrading a mining level and slightly increasing the payout for those items. Levels include Diamonds, Obsidian, Redstone, Coal, Stone, etc... Tweaks: - Expansion of most hallways to support the growth of the mines. - All prices have been raised for mined goods, especially diamonds, lapis, and obsidian! - The mine map has been updated with all the new tunnels! New mining tunnels (recently added) show up in a different colour. - Added food and water buckets to stockpiles at many stations. - More free diamond armour for miners! - Flint appears by default in new mining reports. Fixes: - Fixed an issue with the mine station status system. There should be the proper amount of green now. - Fixed a display error with the map cause by an upgrade to the map software in EMC. - Fixed some incorrect stations on the map. Back End: - Report management tools to enable faster verification, payout, and mine map updates. - Station management tools to help with restocking stations and redistributing resources, as well as upgrades to stations.
