  2. I personally do not think this will make any difference. Most members don't know who JustinGuy was and I doubt they even know what to build for him.

    I think it'd be a better idea to put in another 1 or 2 months tops, I mean if people wanted to enter they would've by now. The contest has already been open for 3 months and that's plenty of time to build something...

  5. are you sure a year is a good idea? I understand giving people more time... but as time goes on, it becomes more likely that people will participate or that the current entries may want to tear down their creation. (not saying that we should use what we have since there isn't necessarily enough)

  6. This is my big issue with the extension. I'm building an entry at current as I've some into space, but the space is meant for something much bigger and my own res project related, as fun as this is at current, it does not fit in with my themes at all.

  8. i agree, i mean, it seems a little odd to extend a contest longer than 4x its original length...

    1 month, i think, would be perfectly fine, maybe 2, but no more than 3. its perfectly fine to extend the contest up to 2x its original length, but it just isnt logical to extend it longer than that, in my opinion, atleast...

  12. I have as previously said come into some space and built an entry for the tribute.

    So as for my Entry I still have a few things to complete 'Behind the Scenes', but here is the seen object!

    As with all my builds what is seen is not always the end of the story, and as a little incentive...
    ...those who find this room will be graced with the secrets of my entry...

  15. im just thinking, another, probably more effective alternative to get more entries, that doesnt require extending the deadline by an entire year wud be, maybe a small prize, such as a justinguy head... (i mean, it is a justinguy tribute XP), or maybe some promo, not necessarily a valuable 1, maybe just a labor day bench to give the contest more of a drive

  16. Max I have been thinking and... for people who use their res to make this now, surely they will want to use their res but are unable to due to the extension of a year, is it possible for staff to "save copies" of the res somewhere else so the owner may use their res once more?
