I just looked at a map >.< BC can cross with the NWT... (crap) If possible, would I be able to make my last 2 moves as go to NWT and then Nunavut? If so, I attack Toronto. If not, I move to Nunavut.

Sorry, but no can do. :/ So you moved to Nunavut. And you would have to embark on the Hudson Bay and wait again before you could attack.
