Marlix killed in full iron. Its possible.

  1. Me too, my first time I fought a Marlix I only had iron, and in the middle of the ocean (It was so annoying -.-).

  2. Just killed my first momentus in the middle of a ocean. died once and came back with diamond unenchanted and hit him over 100 times before dieing.. He auctually came out of nowhere, walking thru a jungle until he fell from a tree and 2 shot me. came back go his attention before running into the water and shoot him from a boat wich didn't turn out well, so a water battle wich lasted for 45 mins.

  3. Within the past week, I've found and killed three marlixes. The funny thing though, is that they didn't die because of me, it was day, but they still had their helmet, there were no cacti around, and they dropped nothing.

  5. Still have not met a min-boss mob yet, but then I work in fairly efficiently protected areas. Lots of Enraged mobs, which were finished off fairly quickly with an enchanted sword.

    .. I'm kind of dreading the inevitable first encounter, as i don't know how to deal with it yet. But also can't wait for it, very exciting.

  14. I killed a momentus with just a normal bow and about 4 stack of arrows not dieing once. I think he had problems or something because he didnt do anything :p
