  1. It just seemed your post was a bit aggressive, I was trying to clear up any misunderstanding before something was ignited.

  13. Here is the Contract for using the walking paths and bridges to/from Wrem, Volt and Stoneguard.
Contract Agreement of Militia Bridge, Walking Paths and Stoneguard Bridge.
This is a contract stating that you follow all rules and guidelines to said paths of travel, to and from Wrem, Volt and Stoneguard.
The following rules apply to everyone one and there are no one excluded from rules and enforcement of rules in the guideline of laws.
    1. If you use the tracks(s), make sure that the cart is off of the track.
    2. If you use the walking portion of the paths, make sure to not leave anything on path.
    3. If there is visible damage done to walking path(s), track(s) and/or the area(which includes the glass), please report asap.
    4. If you see anyone breaking any of the rules, you are required to report them.
If any of the rules are broke there is be a 3 step process of punishment.
    1. The person(s) will be directly warned.
    2. The person(s) will be fined 500r.
    3. The person(s) will lose the right to use said paths.
If you agree to all the following rules and regulations to said contract, please state your online name, sign and date.
If you do not sign this agreement, you will NOT have access to said paths above.

Please read and sign, thank you.
Once we get a good majority of NR Citizens signing this, the bridges/walkways will open to the public.
But as of right now it is still open only for use to the Militia and citizens who live in Stoneguard.

  14. Erm, what exactly do you mean by citizens who live in stoneguard and the militia?

  16. There are people that have homes or businesses in Stoneguard that are not in the Militia.
You can use the paths to get to and from there with no problem.
As of right now if you don't have a lot there, than you have to ask permission to use the paths.

Rock, read the whole contract, your not doing it to what it requires.
  17. and that doesn't include paths that connect to Volt and Wrem, that don't link up with stoneguard, correct?
  18. This contract is for the Militia Bridge, Walkingpath(desert path) and Stoneguard Bridge in that order.
There are NO stops in between the Militia Bridge and the Stoneguard Bridge.
So if you do stop in between, you will have to walk or swim to whatever area you decide.
As of right now, there is no line connected from any of these 3 paths to Volt.
This will stay in place until approval by infrastructure minister(me), deputy infrastructure minister(netherspecter) and the mayor of Volt.
After approval we will connect a proposed line from which the plans call for.
Until such time, you have to use the paths to Stoneguard to get to Volt.
But permission of access of paths will be approved only when person(s) from Volt sign the contract.
  19. Yes Kritacul I don't believe the Bridges are connected to Volt?

    EDIT: Ninja'd by your post
