1.5.2 - EMC Updated

Pardon my ignorance but, is 1.5.2 Compatible with the 1.5.1 launcher? I'm aware you can use the new launcher to play old versions.

Probably because they haven't updated that one to include the new release yet. The current launcher has it though.

The new launcher lets you switch from different versions by just switching them. I have 1.5.1 and.2 I also have the latest snap shot.

Yes, but the vast majority of people use the current launcher, not the prerelease.

I understand the development launcher already has that function, I just worded my original post a bit oddly. Here's a fixed version: If you're still using the current launcher, which most people are, then you won't have that option until 1.6 comes out and everybody has to download the new launcher to play on EMC.
