  4. Guys we seem to have a number of people losing interest in this project... Can you assure me right now that all our efforts are concentrated on getting the Constitution completed as quick as possible? Feels as if we've slowed down a great deal over the last while...

  7. It's not just you / NR. Things seem to be slowing down all over. Starting to get into Finals time for those with schoolwork, nicer weather cropping up for those who need some fresh air (from digging in the deep dark tunnels, I would imagine), and near as I can tell an overall lull in wilderness stuff.

    Which is not to say you shouldn't strive for progress. ;)

    What are your plans for the lot:
    Are you a member of the NR:

    This land is zoned as commercial, please, no houses, shacks, or mines on the lot. We ask you keep basements to about 10 under the surface, due to a complex underground facility being built. You must also follow some other building guides stated by the NR law. These are to keep the place looking nice, and give everyone a fair shot in the new economy.

    The cost of the lots are free, the road side lots are 10x10, the canal side lots are 10x15 so you can build a dock (no dock extending into the canal please)

    I also have 2 market stalls for rent, 1000 rupees a quarter.

  16. I agree this project seems to be losing momentum. I don't think that people really want a constitution when they are making a wild outpost.

  18. i guess the longest part of any project is the setup, once thats done, im guessing its gonna flourish, seeing how complex it is.
