For the piece of land formerly called Gangnam, it was not in use and i was like the Aztec , downtown I was like cortez. I will admit that. Songs abit harsh
Downtown and in the land you were like cortez. There used to be trees and hill that people enjoyed, and then you tore all of that down and uglified the land.
Well, you don't have to but remember, we now have to make that area, which you did NOTHING WITH, presentable for the Olympics. We are now left with two half-burnt down buildings, and a ugly landscape.

Or at least this is not how it works. It is much more simple: You build something in the wild. Griefing is not allowed by the EMC, so your building is protected by that rule. We think for residential building this rule applies to things like the backyard or parks you build too of course. What the LLO provides or tries to provide is a community of people so you are not alone in the wild and can do larger projects. And it works. We got several towns connected by multiple "public" rail lines. And we did not get to that by arguing over property. About the gangnam case: Again if there is dispute over what should happen to the gangnam region we can always have a vote. From what I see l0tad build there first (whether some people like it or not) and it was not too close to any previous stuff (aka the backyard rule). So my vote would be to leave l0tad alone there, see what he does. Other projects can go elsewhere or if his region blocks expansion of others I guess the "borders" can be renegotiated. I put it in quotes because I think of it more like the lines between districts, not like a border with a big wall and controls. PS
