1. Please discern between Influence and Allies. HMKX has allies, not influence. 2. Guinea made an alliance with Senegal and took over Guinea-Bissau. NAE and Guinea are having a fight for influence. Libya is now a HMKX ally. So, why are they fighting? Well, it's because a spot in the HMKX's unofficial "Inner Circle" is open. "Inner Circle" members get to sit next to the HMKX representative when HMKX hosts meetings, and whenever HMKX negotiates a deal they make sure to slip in a clause that benefits them, and HMKX takes their side in many things over other allies. Currently, Finland due to their seniority and Turkey due to tactical importance are "Inner Circle". But a spot is open, and both are vying for it. Saudi Arabia is biding their time, but they also want a spot eventually. They are sabotaging each other and amassing power, and also being quite useful to HMKX in the process. But the thing is, having two of your most powerful African allies be enemies is kind of bad for unity. Africa's Nations, particularly HMXK allies are falling in under one of their factions in one way or another.
HMKX State Media, BDFN has critiqued this article for major inaccuracy and vagueness. They will release their own, better version. Top Economy: HMKX Empire GDP: 1. HMKX Empire 2. TUN 3. UFOS 4. Our Air Force could defeat TUN and UFOS put together. (OOC: One of the state media's... misleading statements. UFOS's Air Force is outdated as hell and is no match for the E-4 or F-16.) ***Of note, HMKX and TUN Nuclear Arsenals have fundamentally different purposes. Quality of Life: FRNS GDP Per Capita: 1. Is that the Montana, Otus? HMKX is now once again modernizing and repairing its Yi Sun-Shins to fit the all-new computer chips. This modernization will also replace some older steel alloys with Titanium alloys. While moderately expensive, it is considerably lighter and stronger and will increase available power and space for the carriers. After all, HMKX and UFOS has lots of Titanium, and TUN and FRNS don't have enough to cheaply make it into armor. This will likely bring the carriers up to the level of the TUN's newest Supercarrier, Nimitz. But all these modernizations are making the ships lighter, not heavier. The ships will likely be in danger of tipping over and capsizing if they get any lighter, so HMKX is using their voids to store inert goods and make use of them as massive storage rooms because if they don't they might sink. 10 posts until modernization completion.

Of course you would call us bias, we wrote the damn thing from our perspective of the game! We could also call you bias because you were at the top of the list for mostly everything on your own list. TUN news outlets bash The Empire's for their thinking that their people are happier than UN citizens.
The new Councils system was specifically made so that corruption world barely be present. When the government is small-scale, more people are involved and more people get to vote directly on things. I understand that it was corrupt with a single guy running every single thing, but now that it's almost a direct democracy, I don't see how we could be the most corrupt Combine. We accept.
With the new government and everything, our nuclear program has fallen behind. Our initial estimation of post 1300 has past and we still haven't tested anything. Our new estimate is post 1400.
The meeting is being held. We ask WEO members to put their thoughts and how they will solve these problems.
After some debate, the Supreme Council as well as the Class 5 councils have decided to get rid of the National Bus and Javor State Airlines services. They were losing much more money than they were making.
It is soundly proven fact HMKX's GDP and Industrial production are both top-of-the-line. If TUN believes HMKX is some poor farming nation, they are wrong. I have written about it in length, including the fact it is concentrated all in one place. This presents a weakness. In addition, HMKX has lost many of the individual categories, only winning the big ones.
HMKX does not believe Dog and Cat eating is a problem, but that Pet eating certainly is and that it is already illegal.
The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of the North Sea has met with HMKX officials, clarifying that he is in fact drawing inspiration from the plans to turn Africa into the next British Raj, not replicating them. Namibia has retained a large degree of independence and he is adamant that they benefit from the deal and do not suffer from it in any way. In fact, he is extending the arrangement in Namibia to Indonesia, which he believes has been mistreated by the North Sea in an unacceptable manner for too long. The FRNS is currently in the midst of introducing new, tighter regulations on domestic livestock to ensure they do not suffer while alive, and that they are killed humanely and without pain. This is monitored by an independent government body, in a similar vein to how voting and election spending is monitored. Poachers are also banned from the country, and if they are citizens of the FRNS, then they can face up to twenty years of imprisonment. It has also been proposed in the House of Commons that people must pass a licensing examination to own animals, and once you abuse an animal it will be revoked and never given back - this has faced a large degree of criticism from the public at home, however, and it will likely never pass to the Lords. In regards to greenhouse gas emissions, the FRNS maintains that it has been vigilant in the rollout of nuclear power as a placeholder while renewables are investigated, and they hope to expand nuclear power across the entirety of the Republic, rather than just England and Norway, and invest heavily in renewable research. In fact, the Prime Minister has now attended the launch of a fledgling facility built for North Sea Green Power, a nationalised company that is launching research into solar power, wind power, hydropower, and alternatives to plastics. Also currently the UKNS operates four submarines in the North Sea, all armed with sixteen 'Dødsbringeren' nuclear bombs each. However, the Commons has voted to decommission two of these submarines, put one in Namibia, and the other in Indonesia. The North Sea will then be patrolled by another four heavily upgraded submarines, armed with the same bombs. This is expected to take effect in 1994, fourteen years from now.
Dunkin doesn't run Javor anymore. Sure, they still exist, but the government has managed to calm them down and make them just a normal corporation. They only ran Javor initially because the government was too weak and so they somehow pretty much controlled the entire government. That was in Trelet days though. ANYWAY Javor alerts TUN that we will be doing our post 1400 nuke test in northern Pittsburg, New Hampshire. The detonation will not affect any TUN land or residents, and neither will it affect any Pittsburg residents, as it is in a northern part of town. However, not much else has been said about it.
FRNS will not have to convince HMKX. They will have to convince NAE and Guinea. Keep in mind they are the two strongest nations in Africa and are substantially powerful. They believe one way or another, FRNS will fail to understand their interests. Also, they like independence. HMKX in response to FRNS's Nuclear Submarine dispatch has transported 150 more Nuclear Warheads to the West. NAE and Guinea are both frantically developing their own nukes, directly due to FRNS's stationing of a Nuclear Sub in Africa. While HMKX has been informed and they disapprove, they nevertheless allow it on the condition they dig a deep hole then test it. HMKX will guarantee their secret. HMKX has also sold a modern Amphibious Assault Craft to both nations, allowing them to project power better. They are making indigineous Naval Vessels, likely to establish themselves as regional powers and ward of FRNS influence.
The WEO meeting is closed. The WEO personally thanks every nation for their participation, although the WEO council is disappointed in UFO and Javor's lack of participation. Nations that continue their tardiness for long periods of time and skip meetings will be excluded from the WEO. This is WEO policy, not United North policy. Nigeria's military force is expanding by multitudes, as well as their GDP. Cameroon is heavily enforcing their military, and both Nigeria and Cameroon are purchasing M60 Pattons from TUN, as well as the M41 Walker Bulldog, regardless of their ages. Ivory Coast is experiencing a financial boom and is focusing on the construction of cities rather than military size. Chad's government has been shifted to a democratic federacy, with TUN as their helm. Civil war still sparks on in Chad, and the new A-10 Thunderbolt II rips opposition up.
