Hey everyone My name is LizzieDestiel and I've recently joined EMC. I didn't know much about it, but I'm super happy to be here! I've heard such good things about it and am happy to be a part of it! About Me My real name is Elizabeth, but I mostly go by Lizzie. I'm currently living in Manchester, England with my girlfriend Kat (Scarmanzer, whose also on EMC) and our two cats. I love reading (my favourite book being The Perks of Being a Wallflower) and binge watching television shows (my current favourite is Bob's Burgers). I also enjoy writing, though I'm not very good at it. I also love music. I'm currently aiming for a career in criminalology. My Minecraft Story So, I have had Minecraft for about two years and was happy when Kat told me about a new server she found that was different from other servers she's been on. She convinced me to join. At the time, I didn't really care too much, but around the beginning of September, Kat asked me again to join it. After about a month of her trying to convince me, I finally joined EMC! I'm actually happy I did! I've had quite a bit of fun just figuring out the different commands and such. I'm pretty sad I didn't join sooner! Thanks for reading this and I hope to see you in game

Minecraft playing. About that timing... I know how you feel (sometimes I also think back wondering that I should probably have started looking around much sooner) but yeah; discovering EMC earlier wouldn't be any guarantee that you'd also have liked it as much as you're doing now. In my days... (lol, only 1.5 years ago, some players on this thread are much older ) But more seriously: when I started playing on EMC we didn't have anti-grief protection, couldn't teleport to other players using /gtp and you couldn't even give someone a preview to your chest without risk of then nabbing things. So don't feel too sad Anyway, hope you're going to enjoy it here. If you ever need info while your friends aren't around (and the town chat is quiet, it happens sometimes) then don't forget about our wiki. It can be an invaluable source of information in my opinion, but.... I am a 'little' biased on that part
