This looks so... wrong. I love Audis, I love Quattros - even the one shown above, which looks modern/'cooler' (ick ) - but I don't like how it looks in the jump image. It just looks out of place, I think.
Agreed there, it definitely doesn't look as good. Don't get me wrong, the modern one is still nice, but the classic will always be the best! I believe the modernised version is loosely based on the Audi quattro Concept that they made (and never mass produced) a few years back:
Yeah, I've watched it I've seen a few of the series all the way through and I've seen the film - the GMC Vandura they use is awesome, but in the series they made a lot of mistakes with it because they recorded some of the shots with ones with slightly different colours/no bull bar! It was so that they saved money on the vehicles by jumping (or what ever else) cheaper ones instead of the actual Vanduras in the full kit
I'd choose the old one, but both of them are amazing I've always liked the Mustangs, I think they're great! They've only recently started selling them in the UK but I am glad that they are now!
They've both got similar aspects to them... rear wheel drive, two door, big engine, just classic coupes really, but the old ones are so much classier!
Ya know, I looked at the background of this picture and thought it looked familiar. And then I zoomed in on the picture and realized that it was taken in my home state of Colorado (And that there is a nice Subi in the background)
Good news, I passed my theory test! Thanks for the luck everyone On another note, an Audi quattro with amazing history just came up on eBay. It's in a horrific state and costs way too much already, but it's worth a look! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AUDI-SPOR...463883?hash=item3f655bf0cb:g:h5QAAOSwnNBXalpC Although if you want to buy it for me, go ahead...
Jaguar XF S (think its something like the Sport Portfolio version or something) My grandfathers car. The one shown is Pretty much identical to his bar the wheels which are very similar. What can I say. Very comfortable, plenty of room in the back. Has been used as a wedding car twice and was used for my prom last year. Oh and it's a jag.... Annnd its.... quite quick.. This is his 2nd one his last one was another XFS but the first generation and black. My grandad has had this one for nearly three years now and is going to be selling it soon (Any takers? XD.) Not sure what we are having next. He has looked at two Jags (The F Pace and the XE Sport) and the New Audi TT. Question can I talk about two cars? If I can, a nice picture of a black and pink citoren DS3 (My mothers new wheels) is being plopped right here!
Nice to see it moving forward and getting on! Looking forward to seeing more pictures! Nah, this is where it's at! Your image for the Jaguar didn't work, but I assume it looks like this one? Nice car, Jag are very much about power and luxury! Selling it after 3 years is quite early, most people keep cars for much longer But if he's considering an Audi TT, I'd highly recommend it. The new ones have much nicer looks than the older ones and they are simply really good. I wouldn't recommend another Jag with the current range (unless it was the F Type ) but the Audi is definitely a great choice Feel free to talk about as many cars as you like! I love talking about cars I'm not the biggest fan of Citroen personally, but any pictures are always welcome. Post away, I look forward to hearing more!
The Jag is the previous generation version. To be honest they are nye on the same just a few tweaks in the overall shape. Maybe this pic will work (Yay It did!) I also think that 3 years is not very long but hey! If He's getting something like a TT I dont mind =P I agree with the F Type bit For some reason he doesn't want one... He plays A LOT of golf... needs space for clubs. (How he thinks a TT would do this I dont know) Got to be honest Im a huge fan of both the XE S and the F pace I prefer the XE S simply because of this... Anyway... On to the single reason I have stopped missing my bus... May I present the Pink mobile! Pretty much the same apart from one thing. Ours has a grey union jack decal on the roof (even though the thing is French) My mother is rather inconspicuous now... We had a red and white version before... The one we have now is a sport and is pretty nippy and pretty fun to drive (I found somewhere far from humanity) The outside to the actual eye is quite smart... However... the pink is also on the dashboard, the gear knob and the key...
