I feel old referring to HA as dreamworld abilities, but you can find Gible on route 111 in ORAS, dexnaving them should bring up that rough skin relatively quickly.. I am usually finding HA within 10-20 minutes of running the dexnav for them.. The only drawback is you need to have caught them at least once to run the search program on them.. xD

Shiny Ditto up for Trade. Taking Perfect 6/6 IV Pokemon that are decent fire/Dark Types (must be lvl 1) or another Shiny that is equally rare. Post offers here before sending FC.

I am pretty sure that I might have a Meowstic or Delcatty around that level (I could also get you a Skitty or Espurr to raise up yourself if you want.. I do also have the emotion legends, Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf (While not really cats, they seem a little felinish..)) Gimme a bit to get home to check my bank account.. (I probably have about 1200-1500 pokemon between 4 games - B2, X, Y, and AS and my Pokemon Bank.. And I still need about 170 pokemon to complete my dex in AS.. )
If you do have a Meowstic available that would be great!! I can trade you a level 38 Klink for it or another pokemon around level 14-20. ( I had to buy a new Pokemon X cause I lost it and I forgot my account so I had to make a new one so my levels arent that great yet XD ).
