lol ok? Cat Couch But I generally only take the max recommend, 2~/day, and I do like a 3rd of a bottle at a time, not taking full bottle at once. Caffeine wise thats less than my mother drinks in a day from normal coffee. Vitamins you release excess. So it's really just a question of Taurine levels and L-Tyrosine and L-Pheny. But reviewing WebMD: 2 bottle is like 1.5 grams max, so seems a reasonable level. Then Tyrosine I've read some body building stuff can give 3g per serving... Then I believe I read Phenyl is overall not a big deal. So within the 2 bottles/day as the label recommends as max, 5 hours appear to be relatively safe. /science
