I want to be remembered around the world for being someone who understands the world's problems and can fix them. I hope to fix this broken world we live in one step at a time. I challenge things that no one dares to challenge to test limits and to change things for the better. I hope to do the same with the Empire if I would be chosen to be a moderator, but since new moderators were just chosen and me not being one of them ( Again :/ ), I can't see myself actually being a part of the staff team...
Btw, just because you havnt been selected does not mean they arnt considering you. You will find out when the time is right
I am sure I am being considered. I am just a little frustrated sometimes when I put so much effort into the Empire and I want to go a step farther and be on the staff team and then I am not chosen again when I feel highly qualified for the position. Same goes for my brother cyberazaz101. He has played even longer than I have and is even more devoted to the Empire then I am and he is not chosen either. The whole thing just confuses me...but all will be well in the end. I hope...
Being remembered in any way is a good thing I'd say. Being remembered for any reason means you impacted the people around you, you made a difference to them in some shape or form. Even if remembered for the bad, you have changed those people around you, I am one who believes negative and disastrous events make us stronger. Even if people absolutely hate you and the person you are for something you did, you made them a stronger individual in some way. This applies to Minecraft at it's core even. Remember your first time getting griefed? Boy it sure sucked didn't it? But you learn from it, you are smarter about how you build things, where you put things and how you leave things when your offline. So while you may hate that individual griefer who messed your first day up, he actually made you more careful and think things through in the long term. On the same token, is it worth worrying about how people remember you negatively? No even in the slightest. You are who you are, and you will meet people in life that can't accept who you are, that's their problem. Don't worry or alter yourself just so that if you leave people think better of you. Be you, enjoy your time, some will like you, some may not. Life is about living the moment in my opinion, if you don't enjoy your present or who you are, then your future can only get worse. What do I want to be remembered for? Me, I want to be remembered for who I am, be it negative or positive, the opinion is up to the individual. I won't worry or change myself to make everyone happy, because it's an impossible goal, and then you just diminish yourself and your own integrity. Just my 2 cents.
I'd like to be remembered as the guy that tried his best to help new players become the best members of EMC that they can be.
I'd like to be remembered for being reasonable and knowing enough to get by, also for being considered more mature than my age group =)
