  1. You completely missed the joke...
  2. I'm sorry, but it didn't exactly make much sense to me....
  3. The "Joke" was me being hypocritical. I had just double posted as well.
  4. Oh well it went onto the next page so I didn't notice :p
  5. Thanks for pointing out the Adder problem - we'll take care of it.
To answer your question, I don't think it will be a problem. The court will be working on a case-to-case basis, so if someone keeps repeating a crime, we will have more trials and increase the punishment. If that's not what you meant, than could you give an example?
  6. YES, that would be epic. we can talk more in game, Love the idea
  7. Right first sorta 'draft' done, tell me what you think of it.

I know the background world image is a bit pixelated, I can change it if you want.
I'm currently trying to download some cool looking fonts to make the other transitions, but for some odd reason they just won't go in my fonts folder

  8. This has already been in a PM, but napoleon wouldn't give brick the rights he deserves, so therefore, brick decided to bring this to the public eye. If it does begin an argument, it's the fault of the people who responded, for responding in the first place.

Also, I think that members of the Grand Court should not be a member of any groups in the NR or a member of the GDA, the point of this being that there may be bias. If it is a government issue that is brought up, and all you can do to compensate is take out the judges who are in the GDA, you won't have any judges left. Just my thoughts.

  10. Regardless of your opinions, there is no justification for disputes to be played out publicly on the thread, for all to see, so the thread may be risked. :)

Anyways, I'll try and get my head around the problem, and create a Grand Court case. Could all involved parties please await the pm in which they may articulate their viewpoint? :)
  11. So, I'm just wondering, what is the expected date of the GDA elections? And also, when is the next elections for the FM due?

  12. I believe (correct me if I am wrong) That it is a 4 month term for the FM
  13. I thought it was quarterly, which could make it 3 months, which means late september would be the next FM elections.

  14. Nice try though
  15. Ah I must have been confused between the 4s and 3s, I believe you are correct

  16. Great citizens of the New Republic! Today I have formed a political party with some of the New Republics finest people. My political party, The Neorepublican Voice, is dedicated to the people, we are willing to listen, we want to know what you want in the NR. If there is something you want that the current government is not giving you, tell us, and we may very well make it one of our policies, our first policy is to listen to the people, your voice WILL be heard.

If you would like to join The Neorepublic Voice please send me a PM detailing why you should be picked as a party member. We are currently only looking for GDA members, no executive members are being picked yet.

  18. If there anything you want out of The Neorepublican Party?
  19. I'd like it so that people who aren't in the government be able to have a say in things. That would be nice :)
  20. anyone can propose a referendum at anytime. Also thats why we have political parties. According to the way the constitution is written, the people have a say in government. they will have even more of a say once we get political parties organized as well.
