The member states of the EU, Europa, Greenland and England, resolve to create a European Industrialization Project. The project will involve rapidly industrializing the three nations by beginning joint ventures with major industrial nations. These ventures will involve searching operations for mining areas throughout the 3 nations, and mining these natural resources (mainly oil and other commodities), employing both company employees from their home nations and European workers. Additionally, factories shall be built in the ventures, to mass-produce automobiles and other products for exportation internationally. Once the economy is stable enough from these contracts, private businesses within the EU will take over and continue the macroindustrialization. Another part of the EIP will be agricultural collectivisation. The resources of all farmers, including labour and capital, will be pooled for all to use, and all major decisions will be made by a body elected by farmers. This will kickstart a Green Revolution, making farming throughout the EU exponentially more efficient. All countries in Europe are welcome to join the EU as always, and the European Industrialisation Project within the EU. The EU would finally like to request the US-Canada Pact, the UAE, Korea, Germany, New Zealand and India, the current major industrial powers, to send over businesses to the 3 EU countries for joint venture contracts.
