Monaco finishes designing heavy lifting aircraft, named HAL (heavy aerial lift). it can carry four of the SPG's, now named SPG-Thor, or an entire platoon of paratroopers. a variation, named HAL-AA, is a gunship armed with two 40mm auto cannons, two machine guns, and a 120mm cannon. both have countermeasures installed. Monaco starts production of both HAL and HAL-AA
