Spain is still waiting for an explanation of the America pointing to bombings. Spain finishes it's new bomber, the Mona Lisa. It is armed with 8 napalm tanks, 4 500kg bombs, and 1 biochemical nuke. By nuke, it seeks out the Kevlar in enemy armor and incinerates it. Spain also uses the napalm in kevlar destructionating flame throwers. Spain tests the bomber on the Mexican city of Ciudad Jaurez, where the rebels are most present. The entire city is decimated, with civilian deaths at a minimal.
