You agreed to the terms. ;) You are not legally bound, of course, and you won't even get banned from EMC for something like that, but I trust that you wouldn't do it anyway. :) When EMC ceases to exist you may finally tell Comander. :p (unless he wins the giveaway too in the coming years, then you won't have to!)
