Not from your pictures. The first 2 show a lot more of an underdeveloped country. China is very underdeveloped. With little control on pollution and a general lack of advancement in comparison to western countries. The third picture appears to be an old photo or a factory in a country where air pollution laws aren't there. No way would any EU country be allowed to have a factory like that.
