  1. /msg the staff thats on that server.
  2. Then..

    /ticket start <subject> <details>
    /ticket add <more details>
    /ticket add <more details>
    /ticket add <more details>
    /ticket submit

    Then..

    Ticket preview
    <Subject>
<All the details about how your toilet needs plunging>

    Send? [Yes] [No]

    Then..

Thank you for submitting a ticket. A staff member will be with you shortly.

This way you can include all the details.

  3. But how is that easier than our current system? In most cases, the staff member has to contact you to get more details anyway, so a 2-way conversation, such as the forums already supplies, works best.

  4. Sort of related question: I saw something on Track a while back about /reportadd and /report unknown. Is that still planned? Because it's on track I'd assume so but then that feature would be bad if because what you said in the last few posts.

    Hopefully that question makes sense?
  5. There's no need for this tho.
All you gotta do is /staff hop to that server and ask for help
There is no need for extra coding for a thing you could do by yourself.
Staff is here to help, so don't be lazy just ask em ;)
  6. Not everything on track means it will be added. It means we are having discussion how to best handle it, etc before code proceeds in most cases. As for this specific feature, we were looking as /report unknown for griefing cases specifically, but the anti-griefing update, which will be released sooner, makes it unnecessary.
  7. Staff online:

    ----- Players connected to: STAGE (2) -----
    Staff (1): weeh
    Supporters (0):
    Regular (0):
    Guests in tutorial (1): Krysyy

R fBuilderS: Lemme just go grab weeh of stage, brb
  8. In an instance like this, should the only staff be located on stage, it is best to contact us via private messaging on the forums. There isn't a direct way to contact us on stage that we will be able to get a hold of easily, so if it's involving a matter such as a grief report, PMs on forums are the better way to reach out to us.
