[Suggestion] Require moderators to inform on moderation decisions

  3. i dont bump goodbye threads i close, anyone who is a vet knows they arent allowed and i dont think they need an explanation of soemthing they already know. i do try to give a reason on certain threads i close/lock/but up to staff approval. as for other mods sometimes they are simply tired and going through the motions. theres a reason its closed, if you would like to know why pm some online mods otherwise its sort of going the extra mile to inform you why blank was closed, we never close for no reason tho so suffice to say its probly something.
