[Suggestion] Promo voucher (Boss drop)

I do see how this would be beneficial for players. However, I've always gone by the saying "Greater challenge comes greater reward", so I think the drop rates for these vouchers should get more commmon as the difficulty increases. For instance if you're on difficulty 10, the drop rate should be high like 50%. I don't think they should be divided into tiers.. I think the drop rate for any promo item would be higher the higher the difficulty that you play on.

A promo should only be available during the time frame it was available and beyond that should only be obtainable by trading. The only way should remain to be the ICC eggnogs, which are phenomenally expensive.

I like the idea, but can't help but think of replacing the promo vouchers suggested in the OP with the already-existing Bonus Chests.
