I think that it would be a lot easier to input promo suggestions using the google doc if the entry to describe the promo was in essay format instead of short answer format. It's pretty hard to write an organized, not confusing promo entry when you want to press enter but can only use slashes. If possible, also let us upload images. I could draw what I want to suggest and upload a picture and that would be so much better Edit: actually, it seems like everyone is using the forums to post promo suggestions anyway.
I think the forum posts are more to see what others think and that the doc is where they will get seen by the promo makers.
