Most of you have been here, and many of you have consulted me in the past: "I have this thing (or service) to sell, but how do I describe it?". Well, look no further because now you can pick my brain if you want to. Introducing.... ShelLuser's advertisement service What? If you have a product or service to sell or buy (or whatever) you can contact me about it, and I'll try to write you up a clear and full description. Why? Many players agree that I have a way with words. Some even plain out admitted that they bought into items solely because of some of my messages. (Warning: I'm not lying here, but obviously ... you also don't know the context.). So what do you get? You have a product, business, service, outpost, I don't know what to provide. You tell me what it is you're buying / selling / etc. and then I'll write up a nice advertisement. Sometimes it can be in the details... Example: you're selling your res. but you forgot about your chests. Well.. those are the details I'd spot and tell you about before addressing them myself. What kind of advertisement? Yeah... can't say. It could be funny, it could be a little dark, it might be slightly provocative... It depends. On the product, my mood (so much this) and the payment So about that payment.... No cure, no pay. You tell me what you want, I'll tell you what I want. BUT... When your stuff doesn't sell, when your intent hasn't been met, when that residence is still up for grabs then I'll have no word of payment. You pay me only after you got paid. So what do I pay you? Here's the catch: Around 4% - 8% of your selling price. Doesn't sound so bad eh? Well, careful here guys. It also means that if you want to use my services for selling a residence (say, for 900k?) you'd be paying me around 72k to make it work. Obviously we'll talk prices up front. ONE MAJOR RULE No casino's, gambling or anything related to this. I don't want to get involved with these services because of my own opinion on them. As such.. If you have something like that to sell then you won't be able to use my services. Sorry.
