Hello Everyone, My name is PackerFan and I am new to Empire. I have played one other server for about the last 9 months. I also go by the name TuckerAmbr and God_of_Gods. I have gotten so disgusted by the negativity, profanity, and lack of respect that players on that server have for each other that I had to make a change. Then I found Empire. I didn't know that such a positive, cooperative server existed. Players helping other players, showing them around, not griefing them, and sharing. I play Minecraft because I enjoy it. As most of you probably did, I played months on single player before ever joining a server. But I do enjoy the community that a server has to offer. You've got a great thing going here and I feel excited and privileged to be able to be a part of it. Thank you.
Welcome, your deity-ship! I too came over recently from another server because of the attitude and this place is amazing! Absolutely agree!
Hi Packer, Absolutely, Empire is a family friendly server and in general the community as a whole really looks after itself. However, I don't want to sound too negative but do be careful. Griefing in the Town worlds is non-existent unless you give out permissions to other players. Always make sure that you only give out permissions to players who you trust. Because unfortunately there will always be a few rotten apples here and there. In general griefing isn't a thing on EMC, but its still something to be aware off. Another thing.. Frontier. Its our non-resetting "survival building" world. But its also not protected, and because of that griefing can happen here. And sometimes does. When it does you can just contact staff (see /staff command) to help you out. As said: I'm not trying to be negative here, in general griefing isn't a thing (especially not in town) but please keep in mind that there always is a (slim) risk. Hehe, I really hope you're going to enjoy your stay. Once EMC grows on you... Well, good luck staying away
