  2. Suggestion:
    build 2-3 floors and start the shop with core materials.
    Do it well - keep good prices and see how it goes.
    Expand later if all goes well.

    Maintaining a big mall is not an easy task to do, so if you don't have experience with it, it is best to start small(er).
    (I was running a smaller shop for 2 years before building a big mall and it's still not finished. But the core trade is open and doing good.)

  3. Ill take the rupees :D. I don't plan to build it on smp4 for the same reason I am not building on smp7 :(

  8. I can tell you it will be on reses 4212 and 4076. It will be around 18 floors with a possible dome at the top. I plan to sell everything, including a bulk section. I hope to have some pictures tomorrow for you :)
