I love the SID chip too; I'd like to compose for it at some point, but I also like to hear my music on real hardware, and I do not have a Commodore 64. You can do some decent SID emulation on Atari ST as you might've heard in some of my music, but it's different than the real thing for sure. May I ask why you posted this? Rob Hubbard is a good composer, but this thread is about my tunes, not his.
just saying i wish ther was a mod that added some of this music to minecraft since i lissened some of the music im alrady sold Atari style boss music for the ender dragon or wither sounds great i tink the songs u made ar kinda fitting not somting that i like to see in fannila minecraft but i mean a mod that u can add this style of boss music maybe wandering in a forest im just saying ther shut be a mod with these songs even if its only the dragon figts / boss figts
Thanks, daan! Extending that idea, maybe one could make the tunes from my Lux Environments series play in the appropriate environments on occasion... so A Plain New Day in a plains biome, Rocks and Drops in a cave, Whistling Winds in the desert, etc.
