"This is another theme born_ego made for Operation Barbarossa. It plays almost right after Creation of Trouble, when the fights continue. People die, including Frank, which you can clearly here in the music." http://youtu.be/leZhTgkPlg8
"This is another one I applaud born_ego greatly for. It's very nicely done. It fits the scenes greatly. I can't really describe them to you, you'd have to see the film to be able to understand (alas, you won't be able to see the film, it's unlisted due to privacy reasons). This is the last composition by born_ego you'll hear for a while, maybe even the last ever on this channel. I'm hoping we'll once collaborate again though, in the future." https://youtu.be/xmDOmLIlx5c
"When he finds a newpaper saying that Germany has lost the war, he thinks about attempting suicide. Then... well, things happen. It's quite a heavy-feeling scene, and not exactly a happy ending. Anyway, this was the last you'll see from Operatie Barbarossa. I still have some music from other projects left to upload, though!" https://youtu.be/1iu1IwX3yDY
"Ah, finally, I uploaded this! This is the second theme I composed for metaknight356's (check him out!) game he was programming. I did this a while ago, but never got around to uploading it, mainly because I was busy uploading the Barbarossa soundtrack. So, for this one, I only used samplers. Every single sound you'll hear in this piece was recorded by me, mostly in my grandparents' house (sadly they moved now, it was an amazing place). There are so many fun sounds everywhere, I was walking around the house with my iPad under my arm, knocking and hitting and doing whatever on every surface to hear how it sounded Anyway, I'm quite happy with how it turned out! It certainly has the atmosphere I tried to achieve. Unfortunately this game was since put in hold, but I still wanted to upload this theme." https://youtu.be/s2NGvQnS2EM
Stupid red text... "I made this very long ago, in Garageband. Back in January actually, about a week after my dad died. I really felt like composing something using piano only, but I never uploaded it. Here it is. I didn't really know what to use for a background, so I just recorded Audacity I hadn't composed in months, but I recently found an awesome tracker, so you'll probably be hearing more Klux soon!" https://youtu.be/di74NaQqAjw
Beginning of a New Adventure "I found a great, free program to use to create music: OpenMPT! It's a Tracker, and it's not as easy to learn as GarageBand, but it's well worth it! You can do much more with it. I created this using a combination of GarageBand, my own samples and OpenMPT. This was made for the first level of a game I made for CSA's birthday. The text is in Dutch, so most of you probably won't understand most of it. But she liked it! I just recently composed this piece, but she didn't miss it, as the pc she used didn't have a sound device configured anyway. I like this quite a bit, actually, it turned out very well for the first in months! If you want to get the best quality, correctly looping version, contact me via the comments or any other way. I will sent you the .it, which is much better than the .wav. Also, if you'd like to get something like this made for your own game or film or whatever, perhaps you can! Check folk.simpsite.nl/cp for an explanation." https://youtu.be/DIdYYlRsn6Q
You'd do great in video game music. Upbeat games that is. Most of your music wouldn't be good for most movies these days. Except things like Tragidy
True! Tragedy fitted in with the last scene of the film incredibly well, I got to say. But things like Drowning in Pride sound more like something you'd hear in a video game than film music.
New theme! This is obviously a follow-up to Familiar Patterns (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rp1JAxPtbwM). Retro sounds, limiting myself to a set number of loops. This time I used 12 loops, pictured by the 12 channels. The samples were all created by me: the melody tones were drawn in Audacity, the percussion samples were recorded from my voice. This entire theme was composed in OpenMPT. The question for this time: in what pattern does channel 10 get introduced? You'll get 7 CP for being the first to correctly answer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wKAO6g95Xc&feature=youtu.be
It's been a while! "I figured out how to record from Atari ST! Long live mp3 players that support line-in! It sounds much better than I had expected, too! This is another theme I made in Quartet on Atari ST. The picture was made in DEGAS Elite, on the same Atari. The title is obvious... it's nostalgia, clearly (look who's talking, I was born in 1999 xD), the '80's and '90's were not necessarily better, but they were a fun time for sure! Hm, could I give CP away here?... Ah, yes, I know a question I could ask. Be the first to post in the comments at what time (minutes and seconds) the song first loops to earn 7 CP. Like, when it starts from the beginning again." https://youtu.be/l2VmnwUWncE
