8 hours per turn? I hope you can get enough sleep. My game has 36-72, as you've probably seen.
Anyway, this looks very interesting, although also very complicated.

Well, it's an 8 hour timer for each player to make a move, after 8 hours the player is skipped and the next player makes their move for that turn.

Ooh, the turns are sequential? Huh, I missed that. But then if your turn interval happens to be during the night, you'll have to wait a few days before your next opportunity.

The players can vote to increase/decrease the time limit for turns, and hopefully the players are active enough to the point where there can be multiple turns a day.
