A belated, but well meant, welcome to the Empire! Yeah, one of EMC's key features (IMO) is that it's no PVP. And not in a way which other servers do: secretly adding PVP to a few areas and then making it look as if PVE is more important than PVP (while you still get killed) but for real. No PVP. ( <--- period ). ... except (uh oh! ) the PVP arenas. So if you fancy a bit of fighting at your own leisure then you can, simply use the /pvp command. But other than that... All PVE.
