Hello, my name is Joseph, and I have been playing Minecraft for about a week, and have so far only been playing on this server for a day. So far, Minecraft has been an awesome game, and this server makes it even better. I have looked at a few other servers, but dislike the pillaging, killing, and chaos that happens in them. Finding the Empire server has made my day, with the strong focus on teamwork, family friendliness, and what seems to be a great community. I truly love the setup of the server, and hope to learn more about Minecraft and how to play on this server as I go along. I look forward to seeing everyone in game, and hope the best for you all!

Doh, I liked the post but totally forgot to welcome you. Shame on me! Welcome to the Empire! And yeah, when it comes to making sure that your stuff remains secure, so no other players can mess with it, then you've come to the right place. When you're in town everything you own is safe, even your animals cannot be hurt by other players (unless you want them to of course). Been playing MC for only a week? Well, then I think (and hope) you're going to have a great time here. You see; one of the other advantages of EMC (in my opinion of course) is that it doesn't differ from the single player survival game all too much. Apart from teleporting to the mining world (using the /waste) the effect is more or less the same. You go out into the wastelands, you try to dig out some good spoils and then you go back "home". Where home happens to be an outpost so you can teleport back to town So even if you do some single player survival again you don't risk that things suddenly seem "weird" all of a sudden because you've become used to a lot of different plugins. At least that's how it works for me Alas... As said; hope you're going to have a great time here!
Wow! The response from the EMC community has been amazing. Thank you guys so much for welcoming me! As I continue to explore the server, I begin to love EMC and Minecraft even more! The community on EMC is phenomenal, and I am so glad that I found this server. Yesterday I found the Amusement Park on server 3, and had a blast exploring it for about an hour! I also enjoy just wandering my own server, seeing the creations that people have come up with for their homes. The creativity amazes me with every home I see. I am definitely inspired to come up with my own creations and to become part of this great community! So again, thanks so much for the warm welcome to the server, and I hope to meet you all in-game!
