Get rid of the 10r charge for Vault in town?

To calculate 10% of 0, you would divide by 10, rather than by 0. There's always conditional statements to deal with things like that anyway.

I think eliminating the vault might be a little unfair to those of us who bought all their vault pages specifically to rid themselves of the fee. Although I bought all five, I really have rarely used more than three at a time so I could understand someone wanting only a few.

Also, raising the fee seems unfair to those who have opted not to buy all their vault pages. A high enough fee would force the former to do so to avoid the higher fee.

I checked the original Vault Revamped thread to see what a higher fee would mean for non-Supporters. It looks like they can't have more than one page so that would leave a lot of people no good options.

I guess if I were to pick a side I'd vote to rid ourselves of it altogether.

For all the people who's parents who hate minecraft and see no point in letting them spent five dollars a month to get supporter perks (me) we will never get to 5 vault pages. I start to frequently use my vault for storage. It gets so annoying when you have 9 rupees and can't open the vault page. Then you ask someone for 1r and get banned 24 hours for begging.

Maybe we interpreted the word 'by' differently ... I meant when you divide from 0 ... either way if you divide 100 from 0-99 you're going to get a form of a fraction less than the equivalent 1 - and any other form of a decimal would also not work.

Not sure what you mean here. But this from your original post is pretty clear:

1% of 0 is the same as 0/100 which equals zero, not undefined. If the zero were in the denominator, then I'd agree. We do agree on no vault fee as well as the futility of keeping track of fractional Rupees though.

Did any of you read the op of the thread "Soon to be EMC's Biggest Auction?" It will have 300 DCs of stuff and think about all the pain that will come from transporting it. Think about how many times the transporter will have to oven their vault. Think of all the spam that will come from that.

As it's 0,01•100 as that is still zero, I see no problem there.

And about the vault, I don't mind the fee, it makes me spare about not opening the vault, I almost never use more than one page, so maybe it's just me...

I added voting too, it's free rupees for nothing basically and there's a server announcement unlike most of the other things - probably forgot something lol.

Although, the "minimum" (by definition) a regular player could earn would be 0, by not logging in or voting at all.

I say no. The reason the fee was initially put in place was to make it not used as storage.

I love it when I lose interest in a topic and it rolls on all by itself.
