  3. "The file is too large"?

    Are you talking about the picture's dimensions or the file size? If it's the file size, try saving it as a JPEG from your computer and uploading it. If it's the dimensions, resize it and export it as it's native format. (If it's a PNG file, save it as a PNG.)

    Either way should work, because I upload a 512x512 pixel image for my icon and I have no problem.

    just ask me and I'll convert your png image into a jpg. You can do this yourself too, if you wish to fix it faster (it's really easy).

  15. the santa hat on my donkey pic pushed the data size to large to allow it to post.
  16. Assuming the original picture wasn't very dark, adding such a hat should make such little difference that decreasing the jpg quality by just 1 should be enough.
