Welcome to War of Kingdoms. The time setting is the 11th century. You are a noble that owns land in Europe, and quite a lot of it. But there are other nobles, your rivals, and it is your goal to rule the world and become king! But first you have to work to get there. (e.g. Wood, Stone, Iron, Soldiers, etc.) Population of kingdom: (May not exceed 20,000 but may go over 20,000 after you start growing) Army size: (May not exceed 1,000 but may go over 1,000 after you start growing) Other notes: Rules: No god-moding Your tech levels may not exceed the technology of the 1400s (No modern guns, cars, spaceships, etc.) Use common sense. You can't build a solid-gold palace and not have your kingdom go into extreme poverty. You can't completely destroy another kingdom but you can conquer them. I will decide if you have "conquered" them or not, but if I have not the kingdom can still rebel. As soon as the thread hits 30 pages I will pick a user to be king/queen and they will continue the game on another thread. I will be playing this game with you, and I will only god-mode to make the game fair. Duke Eragon's men are secretly investigating the legends of dragons in Alagaesia. ((Anyone who has read Eragon will know where I'm going here)) They find that the legends are true but there are only 3 dragon eggs left in existence: Red, blue, and green. The blue one disappeared in the wild and is either held by an unknown person or the fabled wood elves. Red and green are still hidden in their nests, way into the wild.
Magic is okay to have, but remember that technology can't exceed what people in the 1400s would have had. (Yes I know I said the time is the 11th century but you are supposed to research.) Duke Eragon's men have secretly found the blue egg hidden by a hermit in the woods. They stole the egg and sent it to the castle, in the darkness of midnight. When the egg will hatch is unknown.

The blue dragon egg has hatched. The Duke started to touch it, but for some reason he jumped back when he touched it, and had a yelp of pain. He now has a white spot on his palm, and the dragon seems devoted to him.
