Cinnabar creates a mining drone. It mines with controlled amounts of Adminium.

The center is the CPU. The corners are lights, the red blocks are the Adminium pickaxes, and then you just need a remote to use it.

Okay, I just assumed curses and diseases almost annihalting planets were less overpowered then a long lasting EMP.
