  13. I believe it was related to plug-in or performance issues. I wasn't around when they were, but that is what I heard.

  16. Wow, as a 'newer' member to EMC, I marvel at the timeline. Its amazing to think that EMC is over 2 years in the making, especially since i've only been here for about a month.
    My personal thanks to the owner and staff to make this a fun place.

  18. Dat Arena... and the Enderman boss... So much memories...

    Me and my friends used to just sit in the top in the sniper type outpost in that arena because of the abundance of hell hounds and Zombie Pigmen. And remember, this is before any enchantments were added to the game, so it made it a bit more difficult.

    Anyone remember the Easter egg in that arena?
    It was because the Arenas weren't that popular, so it probably wasn't worth the money to keep the server up.

  20. If you want to include the "LLO formation" it would be
    March 13, 2012

    (the day I started the thread)
    I started the thread shortly after SMP7 and the jungle update. Hence the name of the thread "smp7 - jungle outpost". The name Last Light Outpost (LLO) was decided some days later by a vote.

    If it gets included in the timeline calling it "LLO" would be the best idea I guess. :cool:
