I guess I've posted an appetizer and a dessert, but I forgot an entree! I don't know where this recipe is from- I couldn't find it exactly online, but I've had it many times and it is very delectable. Ingredients - 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - salt and pepper to taste - 1/2 cup honey - 1/2 cup prepared mustard - 1 teaspoon dried basil - 1 teaspoon paprika - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley Preparation: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste, and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley. Mix well. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the chicken, and brush to cover. 3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and brush with the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard mixture. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

My cereal.... As much oatmeal as you want, not cooked. 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter. enough syrup and/or honey to get the previous two stirred well together. Milk. Remember that I am trying to gain weight so yeah i don't care about sugar. xD
So, I don't have a name for this, but I love to put this on a lot of my food. I usually take 4-6 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and then I use my spice shakers to put as much cayenne pepper, curry and tumeric on it. I shake a lot out of the shakers, then I mix it together. It really does make a very interesting substance to have with your food.
I made this casserole yesterday, and it's GONE. My son told me that it was the "greatest thing I've ever tasted". Thought I'd share it here because it was super simple to make You will need a large CorningWare with lid (or 2 smaller ones). Ingredients: 1.5 lbs ground beef 1 vidalia onion 1 can refried beans 1 can black beans (drain) 1 can diced tomatoes (drain) 1 small can sliced black olives (drain) Salsa (about 4oz) Nacho cheese (about 4oz) Shredded mexican cheese mix 2 teaspoons garlic 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon of cumin Dice the onion. Cook the onion and ground beef in pan or wok on medium low (with a little salt and pepper plus all the spices I listed above), stirring and breaking it up. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 350. Layer the following from bottom to top in the CorningWare. Refried beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, olives, nacho cheese, the beef/onions, salsa, shredded cheese. Cover with the lid. Cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Serve with toppings. Toppings: Lettuce, tomato, sliced avocados with lime juice, tortilla chips - whatever you like really!
Immediate interest, but uh- can that be... a different kind of onion? (as I'm specifically allergic to that onion...) I know specified onion is usually "taste specific," just checking
Any yellow or white onion should be fine. I just like the sweetness of vidalias with the heat of the salsa and chili powder. You may want to use a bit less or a smaller onion is all
Thanks, khi Had a feeling that it'd be somethin bout the sweetness ("taste specific"), so I think that'll be easy to work around.

Serve hot! Don't forget to make ya some toast! Serving size 2 maybe 3 lol Try some grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese on top
Just a little something I do with instant Ramen and left over rotisserie chicken. Measure your water (usually 2 cups for one pack of noodles) I add chopped spring onion, mushrooms, chicken, bamboo shoots, baby corn and water chestnuts. I don't add a lot just a few pieces of each except the chicken, I add a bit more of that. When the water boils add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes then add the seasoning packet. You can also add a little extra instant chicken broth if you want. This actually will yeild 2 very large bowls.
