You can make it in creative mode.

Hmm, I'm not really tech savvy, so, can you try and make it a video?

nonam. open it up in a paint program. then shorten a bit where you can. if you need to shrink it even more use the rectangular selection tool. then select the whole big and drag it up and to the left until that section is as small as you can allow it. fiddle around with it and you'll get it
