  4. On a positive note...

    I only check if you are banned right before the drawing.
    I do not spend the time to check if someone has ever been banned in their history.
    So if EMC gives someone another chance (unbans them), they can qualify for a future giveaway.
    And I tend do do a 100k+ giveaway every month.
    So, there is hope for next month, even for you.

  7. According to the OP any ban in place at the time the drawing occurs , whether temporary or permanent, disqualifies the entry. The only way around it is to appeal and hope you win in time to re-enter.
