I think people would have a lot more patience if it wasn't announced that it would be a 'quick update' and EMC will likely be on 1.17 in a month from 28/5.

It would would make life much easier for you guys to update earlier than a very generous deadline rather than constantly be going well over.

I appreciate all the effort you and the other developers put into maintaining the server. It's nice to hear updates but knowing it is being worked on is great news to me. As far as a date and time, might I suggest Aug 27th at 10:00 pm EMC time?

It’s okay chicken! Those of us who aren’t always in a panic to rush the update, stand behind the developers for a complete and thorough transition. You guys shouldn’t feel rushed and as vital of a role as you play, you should only be getting more support instead of more complaints.
