In my case it is out of pure frustration of trying to write without errors then realizing I am falling behind in the conversation because I can't figure out how to reposition the cursor to fix the mistake. Maybe it comes down to using large mature fingers to type on a puny phone keypad.
i just can't be bothered most of the time.. doesn't really mean much.. the point gets across. lol Then again, I never really did enjoy my english classes. =D
I try to keep at it, but the subject wasn’t ever my best. Truly, as CD pointed out, if the point is understood, that is what matters most. Not how formal it is written.
Yes, but in this case it doesn't. I am left to guess whether 'the point' includes the person in question being depressed or not. In some cases it's obvious they are, in others it's obvious they are not, but in most it's left ambiguous to me.
