   This goes much deeper. I learned that Americans who filled out the form also still continue to get these messages. And over time it becomes an annoyance (IMO obviously).

   Also agree 1000%. It is the only thing slowing it down for me and constantly pops up, I'm not even really in favor of net neutrality so that's just another part of it that annoys me.
