Alright. I'm going to make YettiTown 1st anniversary more special. Simple: Start building something major and finish one player's house that has been staying unfinished for months. And a park too. Screw the tree farm. And story and try-to-make-the-place-have-some-life-on-it-for-at-least-one-week-but-that-ain't-gonna-happen-since-I-don't-believe-it-will-work experiement. Here's some hints on this "something major" I mentioned. 1 week of progress, 1 week of my utopia res project progress and so on. Because I'm a mad old retired yeti and deal with it.
I just wanted to say, dean is not representing the NR when he said that, the llo is 10 time better than the NR Ever will be. I am sorry id any of you are offended, I know i am. We wish to create strong alliances with the llo, probably not much more than an embassy on some land i "own", the old Gangnam buidling. Agen, he is letting power go to his head. The llo is an amassing place (y would i have tried so hard to start Gagnam i the LLO?). I will be back soon.
I have been part of the LLO for a while however I used the Google+ page instead of the forums. Penfoldex reminded me to do this. Can I join the LLO please?
The usual joking answer is "you just did", then I say that we should put together a welcome new members page/ guidelines. My only requests are these: Try to respect the works of others, and do not block their views if possible. If you leave the LLO, please designate a new owner/groundskeeper for anything you create. If you want to build anything massive, please post your ideas here in the forums and listen to the feedback others provide. Have Fun!
I like to point 2 things: I ain't gonna post updates about "something major" on here. Come to yettitown and find this "something major" I'm talking about it. Its visible on the livemap so no problems finding it. I be going vacation on Friday and will be back on Monday. But next week I'm focusing on my utopia res. After that week I be continuing on "something major" project.
Er, I haven't been to Yetti in a while, and it looks like there are several potenial "something majors" there now.
Hey guys nice to see some traction here. Yetti looks nice I patched my old shack up and then went roaming the rails a bit. I plugged a few holes in the yellow line tunnel with cobble to make them passable not realizing that it leads to what seems like a totally griefed building. I tried
Finished digging out the tunnels to connect the bridge to the rest of the rail system and built a rail station by the stadium. Also, built some observation decks at the end of the bridge (idea: btribble).
I thought I would overtake JustinGuy in posts in this thread. What to say I'm not sure. The LLO is an awesome place and I would be lacking at least 1,000 posts if this thread did not exist.
Started building support beams for underneath the bridge. Also, finished laying the rails--the Wintermoon Express is now connected to the LLO Rail System.
Finished building all the support beams. Also built a staircase down onto one of the swamp islands and made a gravel path. That island would make a good park...
