Seriously though... We have the upper hand and should use surprise to gain more advantage then we already posses.

We should take into account the quickest and easiest way out: Nukes.

The ONLY way that it could turn into WW3 is if Russia and China got involved on behalf of NK, anyway.

This is not funny, is just that the North Korean people always want to figth someone, all their history they are who want to start all the figth. US has one of the best army in the world, and the best technology of this days, so it will not take more than some months to take over the dictatiorship of North Korea, sorry but i am Latino Americano so my English is not the best.
